Redefining high performance for those who want more than survival
Where high performance meets nervous-system intelligence.
Success exists beyond productivity and burnout narratives.
This is an invitation into a more intelligent way of leading, creating, and achieving.
One that honors ambition while building the internal capacity required to sustain it.
I deliver keynotes, workshops, and immersive programs for driven women and leadership teams who are ready to rethink stress, redefine success, and lead with greater clarity, resilience, and presence.
Start With A Conversation
A discovery call offers space to talk things through.
These conversations are for people who are considering working with me and want clarity before moving forward. That might be a private program, a group experience, a corporate workshop, or a speaking engagement.
The focus is on understanding context, tension, and what would be most useful given where you are right now.
Meet Rebekkah
I work with driven women who know how to perform under pressure, but no longer want to live in survival mode to do it.I’m a psychotherapist, speaker, and facilitator with over 15 years of experience supporting women navigating trauma, sustained stress, and high-stakes environments. A significant part of my clinical work has focused on supporting sexual trauma survivors who learned to cope by pushing harder, achieving more, and staying in control.
That work shaped how I understand resilience, pressure, and what it actually takes to move forward when the nervous system has learned to stay on high alert.
Over time, my focus expanded beyond recovery alone. I became deeply interested in how the body, mind, and internal drive interact to either support long-term success or quietly undermine it. Today, my work sits at the intersection of high performance and nervous-system intelligence. I help capable, high-functioning women identify the unseen patterns that keep them relying on urgency or self-override, and retrain those patterns so clarity, confidence, and momentum become sustainable.
I’m an Approved Clinical Supervisor, and I work with individuals, organizations, and audiences who want a more intelligent approach to performance, resilience, and wellbeing. What clients and audiences often name is my ability to make sense of complex situations without making them feel heavy, and to meet driven people where they are without asking them to become someone else in the process.Deep, meaningful connection matters to me. Relationships, presence, and genuine engagement shape how I live and how I work, and that value carries into every space I’m invited into.
Outside of my work, I’m grounded by the West Coast. Time near the ocean, in the mountains, and on the trail is where intensity and restoration meet for me. I’m an avid skier and Pilates enthusiast.
The rhythm of effort and recovery is not separate from my work. It’s foundational to it.
The Capacity Reset
A Six Module Course for High Performers When Slowing Down Isn’t an Option
You’re successful. Capable. Responsible.
And yet your body never really relaxes.
Even on days off, your mind keeps running.
Rest feels uncomfortable.
And slowing down feels like it might cost you momentum … or control.
This course is for women who don’t need another productivity system or mindset hack.
They need to understand why their system stays “on” and how to come back into clarity without losing their edge.
Through a clear, guided structure, you’ll learn why stress has become your default state and how to reset your internal capacity without losing momentum, control, or ambition.
Over a short series of guided, video-based modules, you’ll learn:
Why your body reacts the way it does under pressure
Why simply “resting” doesn’t work when you’re used to performing
How to release tension and mental noise in ways that actually stick
How to start feeling more present, grounded, and clear … without forcing yourself to slow down
This isn’t about doing less.
It’s about changing how your system responds to pressure so performance becomes sustainable again.
-
Gain clarity on why your mind and body stay in overdrive, even when life looks good on paper. You’ll identify the hidden patterns that keep you tense, reactive, or unable to fully switch off — without self-blame or overthinking.
-
Learn practical ways to reduce internal pressure, quiet mental noise, and create a sense of steadiness you can actually feel. These tools are designed for busy, capable women who need strategies that work in real life, not just in theory.
-
Begin rebuilding your ability to focus, recover, and make clear decisions without pushing harder. You’ll start to feel more present, grounded, and in control of your energy again - at work and at home.
-
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about finally working with the part of you that’s been trying to keep everything together. This course is designed for you if:
You feel constantly “on,” even when life is good
You’re tired, but afraid to slow down
You know what you should do, but can’t seem to make it land
You want relief without losing who you are
A grounded starting point.
No overwhelm. No pressure.
Just a way back to yourself that actually makes sense.
